Can I Adjust The Lighting?

Yes — the remote control (works within 5-10 m) lets you toggle between three colour temperatures (3000K warm / 4500K neutral / 6500K cool).

You can also set 'Smart Timers' (1h, 2h, 4h, 8h) and the light will remember your last setting each time you turn it on.
